▫️Stand your ground - 09:00~12:00
A workshop to help client regain better foot-knee-hip alignment for more efficient walking / running gait and help address Ankle / knee / hip joint pain

Objectives : to discuss about how the foot alignment affects the knee & hip alignment, followed by exploring restorative exercises on different apparatus to restore foot alignment then knee active mobility and strength.

▫️Lumbo-Pelvic Rhythm - 13:30~16:30
A workshop to help client regain healthy & functional range of motion of the hip and better lumbar alignment for better sports performance and reduce referred tightness in the lumbar spine.

Objectives : to discuss about Hip joint biomechanics and how it influences the Lumbar spine alignment, followed by exploring restorative exercises on different apparatus to help regain Hip active mobility / strength.

🔳 Day2 - June 24th (Sat)
▫️Youthful flexible spine - 09:00 ~12:00
A workshop to learn exercises to help clients develop amazing core strength for Dynamic trunk stabilization and improve Spinal mobility for youthful injury free intersegmental spinal articulation.

Objectives : to explore exercises on different apparatus to help clients regain spinal mobility, followed by spinal biomechanics then Core & Spinal Active mobility conditioning.

▫️Scapulo-Humeral rhythm - 13:30 ~ 16:30
A workshop on Thoracic mobility, Shoulder joint mobility & shoulder girdle stabilizer strength for shoulder injuries & pain management.

Objectives : to explore exercises on different apparatus to help clients regain thoracic mobility which affect scapular position, followed by shoulder biomechanics on how humerus affects the efficiency of the Shoulder girdle stabilizers activation then shoulder girdle stabilizer conditioning.

🔳 Day3 - June 25th (Sun)
▫️Unbreakable wrist - 09:00~12:00
A workshop on effective wrist & elbow joint mobility and conditioning drill to help clients reduce/prevent wrist & elbow injury.

Objectives: to discuss about wrist & elbow joint biomechanics and how it influences the scapular alignment affecting transmission of force from wrist to shoulder, followed by exploring restorative exercises on different apparatus to help regain Wrist & Elbow joint active mobility / strength.

▫️Apparatus Masterclass - 13:30~16:30
A workshop exploring advanced Pilates exercises on different apparatus and how to layer movement mechanics with both physically and cognitively progressions to successfully lead client to achieve them.

Objectives: discuss principle of joint prep, progression programming then followed by exploring advance exercises on Wunda Char, Cadillac, Reformer and High Barrel.
